We are excited to inform you that camp will be held at a campsite in Brownsville this year! On Sunday night, we will stay at FPG Church and depart early Monday morning for the campsite. If you'd like to help with transportation or personally bring your child Monday morning, you are welcome to do so. Alternatively, we can transport your child in the church van or in one of the youth leaders' vehicles. The address of the campsite will be provided as the date approaches to maintain privacy. By typing your name below, you acknowledge that the camp will be at a different location and give permission for either the pastors or youth leaders to drive your child to the campsite.

I give my child permission to participate in all activities and programs during Faith Pleases God’s Youth Spring Break Camp. I agree that Faith Pleases God Church will not be held responsible for any accidents or personal injuries arising from these activities. I also acknowledge that my child may be photographed or filmed during Spring Break Camp. I waive the right to inspect or approve any photos or videos used for publications or publicity. By typing your name, you provide your consent.

During camp, we will not tolerate any form of bullying, including physical or verbal bullying. If any bullying is observed or reported, the FPG Youth Pastors will implement the following measures: 1st warning: The Youth Pastor will speak to the student individually. 2nd warning: The Youth Pastor will call the student's parent to notify them and ask the parent to speak with the student. If bullying continues, the Youth Pastor will call the parent again and ask the student to be picked up from camp. Depending on the severity of the bullying, any of these actions may be taken. By typing your name, you acknowledge that both the parent and student are aware of this policy and agree to it.

CAMP FEE: $55 for EACH camper. This can be made using Cash App $fpgchurch, in an offering envelope, or through FPGCHURCH.COM. Please make note of the youth student's name whichever you pay.
